From April 18 to 20, 2018, the 14th All-Ukrainian Scientific Conference of students on the section "Food Technologies" took place in ONACHT, in which c from the Department of Biological Engineering and Water took part. In the plenary session of the conference with the report "Investigation of organoleptic indicators of zyzofus when stored in NaCl solutions" was made by the student of OCR Master Zabranskaya K.O. (scientific supervisor, associate professor Palvashova G.I.) In the English-language section with the report "Development of methods for the conservation of products based on water activity" was made by the student of OCR Master Danilchuk V.V. (Scientific supervisors of Prof. Bezusov AT and Associate Professor Nykytchina T.I.). Magistro Ivaschuk AI (Scientific Supervisor Prof. Verkhyvker Y.G.) The topic of the report - "Combination of fruit and vegetable juices from the point of view of nutritional value" took part in the discussion platform "World trends of food technology".

Also, the students of the department took part in the Round Table on the topic "The Most Important Scientific Discoveries of the Last Century" and held master classes "Quality Control of Fruit Juices" and "What kind of water are you drinking?"
The results of the conference indicated that the reports submitted by the students of the Department of Bioengineering and Water were very interesting, with video-materials. The material was taught logically and clearly. There were no comments. For all questions, students provided ground-based answers.
